Souls From the Stars

The term starseed refers to a soul who has incarnated on Earth at this time to support the raising of the planet's energetic frequency. These souls often feel different from a young age and carry a sense that Earth is not their only home. It's common that starseeds find it hard to connect with people and always struggle to "fit in" not really feeling like they belong. They are here with a specific purpose, even if that purpose unfolds slowly over time.

Starseeds are usually very ancient souls. Some have lived many lifetimes on Earth in human form, as well as on other planets, within other star systems, and in higher dimensional realms. Others may be here for the very first time, having only ever incarnated across the cosmos until now.

Their soul holds energetic imprints from these other worlds, which allows them to carry and transmit a naturally higher frequency here on Earth. This often shows up as heightened sensitivity, deep empathy, intuitive gifts, or a sense of being connected to something much greater than what is physically seen.

Many starseeds have gone through intense challenges or initiations in this lifetime. These experiences are often part of the preparation to remember who they are and what they came here to share. Their presence alone can help shift and stabilise energy in a space. They often feel drawn to healing, creativity, spiritual practices, or guiding others back to truth.

There are many star systems and planets throughout the cosmos that hold life. Starseeds may feel a strong connection to one or more of these places without necessarily being able to explain why. This is because their soul remembers.

When I work on the stellar gateway chakra, if I am working with a starseed, their galactic support energies often come through here and present themselves. The galactic energies I have come across in sessions have been varied, however I am most often met with Arcturian energies from Arcturus, Pleiadian energies from the seven-star system Pleiades, Venusian energies from the planet Venus, Lyran guides from Lyra, and beings from Andromeda. Each carries its own frequency and wisdom, and it is not uncommon for these guides to step in during a session to offer support, healing, or guidance to the soul I am working with.

When these galactic energies first started coming through in my sessions, my ego mind would jump straight into, "Oh great, how am I going to explain this to my client? They’re going to think I’m crazy." But every time I delivered the energy or presence of the guide that came through, the client would feel an immediate sense of familiarity. It always resonates on a deep soul level. It’s never foreign to them because it’s part of who they are. Their soul recognises it. It is often time for them to remember and begin reconnecting with their galactic heritage.

Not everyone is a starseed. I feel that souls with galactic heritage still make up a minority of the global population, but that number is growing. More and more starseeds are arriving now, and I have no doubt that this is all divinely guided. The planet is shifting, and these souls are here to support that process.

Being a starseed does not make someone superior or more evolved. It simply speaks to the journey their soul has taken and the role they feel called to play at this time on Earth. It is not about escaping this world but learning how to bring more light, clarity, and remembrance into it.
