How I cleanse my energy DAILY!
Keeping my energy field clear and light is not optional—it's a daily necessity. Energy hygiene has become a core part of my well-being, and over time, I’ve come to notice just how quickly I feel "off" when I’m carrying energy that isn’t mine.
For most of my life, I unknowingly absorbed the dense, low, and heavy emotions of others. Realising this was a turning point—it gave me the awareness and agency to start taking accountability for my energetic state.
How to Know Your Energy Needs Clearing:

You feel drained or heavy without reason

You’re easily irritated or overstimulated

You have a constant urge to be alone

Your mind is looping or overthinking

Your emotions feel displaced (sadness, anger, or anxiety with no clear source)
My Daily Energy Cleansing Rituals:
These aren’t complicated—but they are consistent:

Meditation – Even a few minutes to come back to centre

Salt Baths – Cleansing and soothing for the energetic and physical body

Incense & Sage – Clearing sacred smoke to purify my space and aura

Self Energy Healing – Using my own hands and awareness to shift what’s stagnant

Nature & Movement – Walks, sun exposure, fresh air to rebalance and recalibrate

Daily Clearing Intention – At day’s end, I release all that isn’t mine: mentally, emotionally, energetically
I cleanse all layers of my being—emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual—daily. I can’t be fully myself if I’m walking around with the energetic residue of every person I passed in the supermarket.
The more clear your field, the more ease you’ll feel. The lighter your vibration, the more your life flows. This is the energetic state where your miracles unfold.
