Drop into Calma Club and meditate with me LIVE each week.

Group meditation is a powerful experience.

The energy within a group of people meditating both online and in person, is extremely palpable and also promotes a deeper meditation experience.

Joining a regular meditation class or group, gets you into a routine and makes you accountable to committing to your meditation practise. Sometimes it is hard to stay on track on our own so by joining a group, you can build community and strengthen your meditation routine.

I offer 2 x Live online guided meditation groups via zoom:

1. Monday 7:15am AEST 

2. Wednesday 8:00pm AEST 

Join one or join both - choice is yours!

Simply drop in and zone out! Meditation will run for 10 minutes, with a 5 minute intro.

Once meditation is finished, you are free to start your day, or roll into bed...

You have the choice of committing to a weekly roll over subscription or pay as you go.
