Most of us are quite comfortable with our mental, emotional and physical bodies, however we tend to completely disregard our very active and lively energetic body.

Our energetic body is like a sponge, and it soaks up all the density from around us, also hanging on to the physical, emotional and mental trauma we have experienced over our lifetime.

In this session, we clear out your energy field by working with gentle, yet potent healing energies (Reiki, Ashati, Alsemia) ensuring this density is removed whilst gently flushing out your chakras, dislodging any blockages and allowing for prana, life force, chi energy to flow freely through your system. Leave feeling at your highest self, lighter and full of vitality.

This is a great place to start if you are new to energetic healings as it is a deeply pleasant, relaxing and offers a profound experience! Post session, you will also receive a detailed report outlining all the information specific to your energetic body and chakra system.

Please be gentle with yourself after your session.

Drink lots of water and take the time to let the changes integrate into your system. The healing process can take up to 2-3 days and it is normal to feel some emotions and possible symptoms of tiredness during that time.
