Corporate Workshop: Introduction to Meditation

I have implemented a corporate offering for teams in the workplace which are completely flexible!

Option One is a straightforward ‘Introduction to Meditation Workshop - 45 mins, on-site or via zoom.

Option 2 is more for an offsite format and includes a meditation guidebook (it’s gorgeous!).. This format works well if you are taking your team offsite for 1-2 hours and want to offer a ‘health and wellness experience’.

Both options provide a light and welcoming introduction to meditation. My approach is completely relaxed and provides insight into how meditation can help all of us in various ways.

Also included is a Calma Places gift pack for each staff member comprising of incense and oils.

Options start @ $300 however you will receive a tailored quote based on your needs.
