Each Monday I guide a 30 minute meditation class at the beautiful Wilde Skye Collective in Avoca Beach.

My Guided Meditations have the intention of subtly opening you to the theta brain wave state.

Some people can enter this state quite easily... and some it takes practise.

Once your there -
Your muscles relax
Your nervous system expands
You disengage from thoughts
You feel calm
You feel relaxed

I try and have everything covered when we are together so there is nothing for you to do except to surrender to the experience.

Guiding meditation every Monday at 6:30 pm at Wild Skye Collective.
